Chemical Process Engineer – Responsibilities include working effectively with customers from a wide variety of industries in configuring, planning, supervising and analyzing pilot plant testing; designing and specifying integral parts of a process system, such as piping, valves, instruments, etc.; developing process flow and piping & instrumentation diagrams; performing HAZOP studies, developing control philosophies and writing controls narratives; ability to solve chemical processing problems, adapt and design equipment and processes, and work on cross-functional teams.
Requirements include 3+ years of experience designing process systems including evaporators, heat exchangers, vapor-liquid separators, distillation equipment, pumps, and tanks, etc., and a B.S. Degree in Chemical Engineering
Director – Process Solutions – In addition to managing the department, this role is the main customer contact for all department sales orders or prospective orders; oversees/approves all quoting and bidding activities; analyzes and recommends new markets to enter (CBD oil, for example); manages the department budget and spend activity; represents the company at related technical fairs/shows, etc.; working with design engineering, focuses on continuous improvement in the equipment’s design enhancement’s, cost reduction efforts and performance improvements; oversees the management of the Pilot Plant and sets pricing targets for conducting tests for potential customers laboratory use.
Requirements include BS in Chemical Engineering – Master’s degree preferred; 10+ years of relevant experience; 3+ years of management experience.
Machinists, 1st and 2nd shift – we are seeking individuals to set up and operate CNC, manual horizontal lathes, and large manual vertical turret lathes; perform progressive machining operations for equipment with extremely close tolerances; short run/prototype experience as well as the ability to read prints and inspect parts.
Electrician – we are seeking an individual who is familiar with schematics and electrical diagrams/illustrations and has knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines.
The job requires a MA Master Electrician License and 5+ years of experience in industrial and/or commercial electrical systems.
Supervisor 2nd shift – we are seeking an individual to direct, supervise, and coordinate the activities of the machine shop personnel. Responsibilities include interviewing, counseling, disciplining, performance appraisal and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Monitors all aspects of the Machine Shop’s manufacturing processes, quality, equipment, raw materials, workflow, scrap, and other manufacturing initiatives.
The job requires bachelor’s degree or Technical School certificate and 3+ years of previous supervisory experience in a machine shop.
