Covid-19 Update to Our Valued Customers

Our team wants you to know that we continue to intently monitor the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. We assure you we are well equipped to continue servicing your business and that as an essential business we have been and continue to be fully operational.

The safety of our team members and visitors remains our top priority. We have implemented daily screening prior to entering our facility of team members, clients, and vendors for temperatures above the CDC recommendations. We will be conforming with local city and state advisories. We continue to be accessible with full access to operating systems, email, phone lines, and video conferencing. Clients wishing to visit our facility will be reviewed on a case by case basis to ensure safety for all. Large groups of visitors will not be permitted in our facility. All visitors will be checked in as outlined above and are required to fill out a questionnaire regarding any exposure to the virus to gain access. Once inside our facility, visiting clients will have a safe and secure area to conduct their business with our team.

We continue to focus on:

• Communicating with our clients frequently to keep everyone informed.
• Providing appropriate cleaning and disinfecting supplies for use at our facility, including tissues, alcohol -based hand sanitizer, antibacterial hand soap, face masks and other supplies.
• Providing educational materials from institutions such as CDC and the WHO, as well as sending ongoing communications to our team members.
• Implement and improved procedures to encourage and enforce safe distancing while in our facility.
