Speed up your process development using our Evaporator/Stripper™ System

Now you can lease an Artisan Evaporator/Stripper™ System to perform long-term testing of your difficult stripping and deodorization applications. The system is based on our 2 inch diameter, 26 tray, liquid heated, Evaporator/Stripper.

The system also contains a variable speed feed pump, rising-film evaporator, vapor/liquid separator, product cooler, condenser, product and condensate receivers and purged control panel for Class I, Div 2. Except for the receivers, the entire system is skid mounted.

Overall system dimensions are 4′ L × 4′ W × 15′ OAH. All process-wetted parts are 316SS or PTFE. Controls include individual PID loop controllers and a potentiometer for pump speed control. Data logging is a manual operation. The system is protected by a rupture disc, which must be piped to a safe area in your plant.
