Artisan quality is designed in, built in, and fully documented
Quality control at Artisan begins at the design stage, where our extensive experience helps us make sure all designs meet your requirements. Then our skilled manufacturing technicians built every piece of equipment to the high standards for which Artisan is known.
We’ve earned that reputation using quality assurance procedures proven by 75 years of process equipment manufacturing. Those procedures are controlled and updated by a dedicated Quality Control Department that reports directly to the President.
Key elements of our quality control program are:
- A proven system following our quality manual, procedures, and work instructions
- Detailed fabrication and compliance records
- Regular documented assessments of system effectiveness
- Regular documented assessments of production and inspection capabilities
To assure quality and maintain schedules, Artisan has on staff:
- An American Society of Non-Destructive Testing Certified Level III inspector for x-ray, liquid penetrant and magnetic particle inspection
- Six American Welding Society certified welding inspectors
When your process equipment is installed in your facility, you can be sure that it will do the job for which it was designed for many years.
